Reiki Level 1:
1. Introduction to Reiki: Understand the history, philosophy, and benefits of Reiki.
2. Reiki Principles: Learn the Five Reiki Principles for living a balanced and harmonious life.
3. Hand Positions: Learn the basic hand positions for self-treatment and others.
4. Attunement Process: Receive a Reiki attunement to connect you with the universal life force energy.
Reiki Level 2:
1. Reiki Symbols: Learn the three Reiki symbols and how to use them for distant healing, mental/emotional healing, and protection.
2. Distant Healing: Understand how to send Reiki energy across time and space.
3. Mental/Emotional Healing: Learn how to use Reiki for mental and emotional healing.
4. Practical Experience: Practice giving and receiving Reiki treatments with fellow students.
