WEEKEND WELLNESS BATCHES
Wellness is an important aspect in today’s busy & hectic life. When there is so little time to take care of the body, mind & spirit, it becomes a pressing need to incorporate these wellness tools in our day to day life. At Cosmicx we take care of different aspects of the body, mind & soul through our wellness programmes.
Here is a list of our programmes:
1. WEEKEND MEDITATION CLASSES:
1. ART OF MEDITATION: Focuses on the techniques of meditation from the start. Do’s & don’ts of meditation. How meditation can be part of life effortlessly. Making meditation effortless with your daily practice.
2. CHAKRA MEDITATION CLASSES: Focuses on the opening, clearing, healing, and balancing of the seven chakras. Every week one chakra will be addressed. Minimum seven weeks programme.
3. CENTERING EXCERCISES: Focuses on your centre, your core & building that core strength.
4. VISUALISATIONS: Focuses on the mind & its power to see & create.
5. GUIDED MEDITATIONS: Focuses on healing any aspect of the group present.
6. BREATHING MEDITATIONS: Focuses on the breath & various techniques of breathing
7. INNER LIGHT MEDITATIONS: Focuses on finding inner light & strengthening that light, connecting to it on a daily basis.
8. AWAKENING MEDITATIONS: For advance level meditators. This programme focuses on the awakening of the soul consciousness.
9. EARTH MEDITATIONS: Focuses on connecting to mother earth daily, How to strengthen the connection with mother earth & heal with earth.
Duration –1hour (Sat & Sun)
Minimum one month of pre-registration required through full payment in advance. These are monthly programmes.
Batches: 10.00AM-11AM & 11AM-12PM, 12.30PM-1.30PM, 4PM-5PM, 5PM-6PM
